Founder

Jenny’s career spans 25 years within the world of People and Talent. She is client-centric, with experience in providing people solutions in many guises.  Jenny is very much a people person, she builds solid and lasting relationships with a purpose of happiness and kindness at the core.

Outside of work Jenny keeps active, she is always training for marathons and ultra-trail marathons with her husband.  Her goal is to complete six major world marathons.  Jenny lives in the countryside with her son Charlie, husband Mark, and 2 very energetic dogs.

We don’t pretend to know all the answers; we’re constantly listening and learning. We have access to experts in areas such as health, well-being, personal development, executive coaching and HR Advisory services to ensure we can always support our clients with more than the core HR recruitment.

Be active.

We believe too much time is spent behind a desk and with the shift to hybrid working often our candidates and clients are based at home. With this in mind, although meeting our network is really important, we are flexible on where and how we meet. We are happy to meet for a walk with a coffee, video call or a brunch somewhere mutually convenient.

Give.

We give our time to get to know people better, we give our advice to help our candidates and clients meet their own expectations. We also want to actively give to and promote worthwhile causes. We believe in paying it forward.
